Our Services

Dry Needling
Trigger-point dry needling is where a fine needle or acupuncture needle is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points which are irratated spots in the muscle. This helps to decrease pain and improve function through the release of myofascial trigger points (knots in muscle).
Soft Tissue Massage
Soft tissue Massage is a technique which involves stretching and pressure in a rhythmic flow over the muscle. Massage therapy helps in relieving tension in specific muscles that have built up due to injury or stress. Massage therapy helps to increase blood flow which speeds up the recovery process..
Exercise Prescription
Exercise prescription is a fundamental and crucial treatment for chronic and acute injuries. It works to increase recovery through developing the strength of muscles and conditioning tendons to be able to handle the stresses of everyday life or specific activities
Rehabilitation Programs
We conduct thorough assessments looking at areas of the body which may be affected following injuries or due to medical episodes such as strokes. We work hand in hand with patients, patients families and the supporting medical teams, to produce rehab programs which would assist in helping patients have a better quality of life and increase recovery rate post injuries.
